What is kinesiology tape?

Kinesiology tape is an adhesive elasticated tape that can be stuck to the body in various ways depending on your sport and injury.

Why use kinesiology tape?

Helps Pain Relief and Reduction of Inflammation

Kinesiology tape is designed to help with sports-related injuries, such as Achilles tendonitis, strains, sprains, shin splints, instability and swelling. By lifting skin on applied area, it helps reducing swelling and improves blood flow to injured area.

Provides Support

Provides support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion

Helps Speed Up Recovery

Improves circulation, help to deliver oxygen and remove waste products in overused or injured muscles. This in turn helps get rid of the body's lactic acid more quickly, aiding in muscle recovery and rehabilitation. Users are able to get back on the field or court sooner.

Last For Days

Once applied, it can stay on area for up to 3 days even in water, however do not wear it for more than 5 days.
