5kg & 15kg

Lighter bands can be used for warm ups or stretches before or after training. Beginners with less muscle strength can also train with them to prevent injury. Other than that, they can be used for accommodating resistance training. Apply them on the dumbbells or barbells to increase the intensity of your workout. It gives your routine more flexibility and variety!

25KG & 35KG

Those with more muscle strength can select moderate-weight resistance bands for lifting, such as squat, row or bench press. Outside of the gym, they can substitute the pulley machine for movements such as lateral raise or pulldowns. With them, your can exercise at home or during travels, not only in the gym!

45kg & 60kg

Advanced users might directly use strong resistance bands for their fitness routine. However, they are more commonly used to provide assistant weights. Using pull up as an example, beginners might not be able to perform the movement with their body weight. By using the bands as demonstrated in the image, the difficulty is reduced and the user can complete the rep for further improvements.
