Here are some yoga exercises for all mother-to-be which help to relieve stress and alleviate the pain caused during pregnancy. It also can improve your strength and flexibility to better prepare for giving birth.

1. Low Lunge
- Aim: strengthens the lower body parts include: hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteus maximus and calves
2. Cat Pose
- Aim: Stretches the back and strengthens the core and the abs at the same time
3. Downward Facing Dog
- Aim: Stretches the chest, arms and hamstrings, elongate the spine and alleviates back and shoulders pain
4. Hero Pose
- Aim: Stretches the Gluteus, legs' joints, it helps to prevent varicose veins
