E-gift cards will be sent to members' registered email addresses within 48 hours of purchase. To request an e-gift card to be sent to an alternative email address, please send an email to help.hk@decathlon.com within 24 hours of checkout completion.

To use the physical gift card in stores, please either scan the barcode during self-checkout or present it to our cashiers in-store. For online checkout, please key in the 16-digit e-gift card code and 4-digit PIN code.
