PICK-UP POINT

Pick-up Point

Over 1,800 pick-up points in Hong Kong to pick up your order at ease, including SF store and SF Locker.
FREE for orders of $300 and above
Only applicable to Decathlon brands

SF Locker & SF Store Pick-up HK$25

Orders will be delivered to a SF store or SF locker within 2 to 3 working days. Please note some SF stores are closed on Sundays. For more info, please refer here.

For selected products shipped from different warehouses, the delivery lead time will take up to 5 to 8 days. We will advise your estimated delivery date on the payment page.

Pick-up Period
•　SF Locker - within 24 hours
•　SF Store - within 48 hours
If you fail to pick up the order within the period, SF Express will charge an accumulative fee of HK$10 for every 24-hour delay. For more info, please refer here.

Maximum Parcel Size
•　SF Locker - 45*31*35cm, 20kg or below
•　SF Store - 70*40*32cm, 20kg or below

Convenience Store Pick-up HK$25

Orders will be delivered to 24-hour operating 7-Eleven or Circle K, within 2 to 3 working days.

Pick-up Period
•　7-Eleven - within 48 hours
•　Circle-K - within 48 hours

Maximum Parcel Size
•　7-Eleven - 50*50*24cm, 5kg or below
•　Circle-K - Sum of 3 side less than 120cm, 5kg or below

Other Lockers Pick-up HK$25

Orders will be delivered to a Kerry Express @ MTR Shops locker, KE Locker or Alfred Locker within 2 to 3 working days.

Pick-up Period
•　Kerry Express @ MTR Shops locker - 48 hours
•　KE Locker - 48 hours
•　Alfred Locker/Pick-up Point- 48 hours

Maximum Parcel Size
•　Kerry Express @ MTR Shops locker/KE Locker - 47*37*33cm, 5kg or below
•　Alfred Locker - 42*33*17cm, 5kg or below
•　Alfred Pick-up Point - the sum of 3 sides is less than 120cm, and one side does not exceed 50cm, 5kg or below

MANYBO Pick-up HK$25

Orders will be delivered to a MANYBO pick-up point within 2 to 3 working days.

Pick-up Period
•　72 hours

Maximum Parcel Size
•　150*150*150cm, 30kg or below

Pick-up points availability is subject to your order’s actual parcel size and the opening hours of each may vary. Please refer to the information on your selected pick-up point during the payment process.

Click & Collect

Free pick-up service at any Decathlon store.
FREE for all orders
Only applicable to Decathlon brands

Same-day In-store Pick-up

Orders confirmed by 1 pm will be available for pick-up at your selected store, earliest at 6 pm on the same day (depending on products’ availability).

For products that show “in stock” at your chosen store, you can pick up the order at the store earliest in one hour.

Overseas delivery arrangement

For selected products shipped from different warehouses, the delivery lead time will take up to 5 to 8 days. We will advise your estimated delivery date on the payment page.

HOME DELIVERY

Home Delivery

Our delivery service covers most areas in Hong Kong and provides a hassle-free delivery experience.
FREE for orders above $399
Only applicable to Decathlon brands

Standard Home Delivery HK$40

If the order only consists of Decathlon products that cost HK$399 or lower, we will charge a delivery fee of HK$40.

Bike Assembly Service HK$149

Including bike stem installation, pedals installation, tuning brake & transmission system and pumping bike tire.

Remote Area Delivery

Delivery to Cheung Chau, Ping Chau and Lamma Island requires one extra working day.

We do not deliver to warehouse that requires queuing for pick up or delivery, or warehouse that requires payment of an entrance fee or registration fee, such as Hong Kong International Airport, restricted areas, logistics warehouse and transhipment warehouse.

Split Delivery and Other Delivery Arrangements

Some of our products will be shipped from different warehouses. You can choose to receive some items earlier with split delivery or combine them in one delivery with the same delivery fee. We will advise you of the estimated delivery date at the checkout when you choose the delivery method.

Orders that include Decathlon partner brands

If your order consists of Decathlon Partner’s products, you will receive them in a separate parcel shipped directly from the seller. The lead time and shipping charge may vary with different sellers. You can view the expected delivery time and fee when choosing the delivery method (step 2).

Please note there is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
