Step2. Choose your preferred pick-up point.

Step3. Confirm your order and get an SMS notification to collect your parcel at the pick-up point 2 days later*.

*You can pick up your order once you receive an SMS containing the pick-up code within 48 hours for Alfred Lockers, or 72 hours for Manybo pick-up points.

If you cannot pick up the parcel before the deadline, we will remove the parcel from the pick-up location within 24 hours and return it to the warehouse. We will contact you about the refund. Please note that for expired orders, the shipping fee can not be refunded. Please click here for more details.

Delivered to you in 4 working days

For outlying islands, namely Cheung Sha, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, and Lantau Island, we will deliver the oversize products at the pier. Please contact us if you would like to opt for home delivery service at extra cost.)

**Bulk and Oversize Delivery is applied when the sum of your parcel’s 3 dimensions is over 220cm or 30kg, excluding bikes which are considered standard parcels.
