Collect at any SF Locker or SF Store, ready in 2-3 working days, for some selected products shipped from different warehouses, delivery lead time will take within 8 working days.

Available time for pickup after order arrival:
SF Locker* - 24 hours
SF Store* - 48 hours

Ready for pick-up at Manybo pick-up points in 3 working days. (Not in service on public holiday)

Orders confirmed before 1PM will be available for pick-up upon 6PM on the same day at any Decathlon store; products listed as stock in-store are ready for pick up in 1 hour.

For products to be shipped from different warehouses, the leadtime will take 8 working days. You may refer to the estimated delivery date on the product page.

Bulk and Oversize Item Delivery $300**

Door to door delivery in 4 working days.

For outlying islands, namely Cheung Sha, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, and Lantau Island, we will deliver the oversize products at the pier. Please contact us if you would like to opt for a home delivery service at extra cost.

**Bulk and Oversize Delivery applies when the sum of your parcel’s 3 dimensions is over 220 cm, or if it weighs over 30 kg. Shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight and size of the products. The amount displayed during the checkout shall prevail.

Delivery to remote areas

We are able to deliver to most of the remote areas on the next day except for Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island etc, which will take 1 extra working day.

Delivery service is not available at airports, restricted areas, warehouses or other destinations that require queuing up.

Split delivery and other delivery arrangements

Some of our products will be shipped from different warehouses. You can decide to receive some items earlier with split delivery or combine in one delivery with the same delivery fee. And you can see the estimated delivery date at the checkout when choosing the delivery method.

If your order consists of Decathlon Partner’s products, you will receive them in a separate parcel shipped directly from the seller. When choosing the delivery method (step 2), you can view the expected delivery time and fee.
