Easy assembly / dismantling
Comes with a mounted leash plug and a spiral leash.
Attach the leash to your wrist and use fins in areas where you can no longer touch the bottom. Bodyboarding with fins should be done in areas that are set aside for surfing. Ask lifeguards before entering the water if you are unsure.
Always wear a long-sleeved rash vest or a wetsuit to prevent the foam from irritating the skin on your body or forearms.
Catching a wave.
To catch a wave, propel yourself forward using your fins once the water is up to your knees.
