What is it for?
The pull buoy is a piece of swimming equipment that offers greater buoyancy for the lower body. It is therefore suitable for intermediate swimmers and enables you to build upper body strength. If you want to work specifically on your core muscles, you can position the pull buoy in-between your calves. It can also be used with an ankle band to totally immobilise your legs.
