Why use this glute band?
Compared to a classic band, this one has two advantages:
- No need to hunch down to put it on. Practical for those with poor balance or if you're using it for circuit training: you can put it on much faster than a standard elastic.
- It has an adjustable length, adapting to the range of motion you need for each exercise. No need to buy one short band and one long one, this one does both!
How to use your glute band
- Open the buckle to bring the band around your legs.
- Close the buckle.
- Pull the straps on each side of the elastic to adjust the length to suit your needs.
- Start your workout!

Our coach devises a workout with this band
Strength training workout focused on glutes:
- Side walk 3×12-20 reps/side
- Squat, band at knees 3×12-20 reps
- Donkey kick 3×12-20 reps/side
- Glute bridge 3×12-20 reps
Short 1-minute recovery between each set. Gradually increase the number of reps until you reach the maximum. Then reduce the size of the band to increase the difficulty.
