How to use a weighted gilet
You can use your 5 kg or 10 kg weighted gilet with classic bodyweight exercises: dips to work the triceps, shoulders and pectoral muscles, pull-ups for the biceps and back, muscle-ups for the whole upper body, squats on one or two legs to work thighs, etc.
How to adjust the weighted gilet
To get the right fit, there are several areas that should be adjusted: - Belt: Place the hooks at the back. Place the hooks in the centre of the back for a tighter fit, and use the hook on the side for a looser fit. You can then adjust the rip-tab on the front. - Straps: Adjust the straps for good support when doing exercises.
This weighted gilet has not been tested for use with over 10 kg, which is why we don't sell weight plates separately.
