DESIGN

The bag's body is stuffed with multilayer cushioning foam. The cover is made from thick polyurethane (PU). There is a metal spring inside the base that lets the bag swing and provides more responsiveness. The plastic base can be filled with water for stability. It can hold 110 liters.

Directions for use

Once the base is filled with water, it is very difficult to move a punching bag.
