PATENTED INNOVATION

A simple and patented concept.
We have managed to separate the frame from the lenses, to bring you modular goggles.
On the one side, a frame with a flexible nose bridge that adapts to fit all face shapes.
And on the other we have watertight and comfortable lenses, thanks to their flexible silicone skirts.
You can choose your lenses according to the level of correction required for short-sightedness.

TO BE USED WITH SELFIT CORRECTIVE LENSES

SELFIT swimming goggles are composed of a frame and two lenses.
Each lens is sold separately to let you choose them according to your correction.
Check that your basket contains 1 frame and 2 corrective lenses from the SELFIT range.

SELFIT CORRECTIVE LENSES

Corrective lenses available for short-sighted swimmers with prescriptions from -2.00 to -6.00.
Limits of use recommended by our ophthalmologist:
The use of corrective lenses provides greater vision comfort for athletes suffering from short-sightedness. Choose a level of correction lower or equal to your prescription.
The use of corrective lenses poses no risk of degradation of visual acuity for swimmers over 8 years old, however, it is STRICTLY INADVISABLE for swimmers less than 8 years old.

CHOICE OF SIZE

The watertightness of the swimming goggles is dependent on the proper fit of the silicone seal with the shape of your face.
Before purchase, we advise you to do the "suction" test without the strap. If the goggles hold on your face by themselves with slight suction, the product will be watertight during your swim. This allows you to see if the size is too tight or too big.
SELFIT GOGGLES ARE OFFERED IN TWO SIZES: S for small faces and L for large faces.

HOW TO ADJUST YOUR GOGGLES

These swimming goggles mould to the morphology of your face without needing to be excessively tight.
Goggles that are too tight can cause discomfort, leave marks and even create water inlet holes.
It is not necessary to press against the lenses with your hands, a light suction effect is usually enough for swimming sessions without water inlet holes.
The straps ideally should rest 2 to 3cm above your ears.
This position will optimise the grip and comfort of the goggles.

CARE - PRECAUTIONS

We recommend:
- rinsing your goggles (only if necessary) by simply dipping them in water
- avoiding directing powerful jets of water at the inner surface of the lenses.
- storing the goggles in their case after each session to prevent damage to the lenses (on the inner surface as there is an anti-fog coating and on the outer surface to prevent scratches)
- not exposing them to temperatures of over 60°C
DO NOT TOUCH/RUB THE INSIDE OF YOUR LENSES

FOG

The appearance of fog depends on several factors, the difference in temperature between the body and the water, humidity levels, etc.
Wear due to friction is one of the main causes.
If your goggles fog up, dip your lenses in the water and a protective film will reform.
After a certain amount of time it is normal for the performance of the anti-fog coating to be diminished.
We offer an anti-fog marker that reactivates an ageing anti-fog treatment and makes your goggles last longer.

STORAGE ADVICE

After use, store the swimming goggles in their case or plastic pouch. Important: Do not touch the inner surface of the lenses as this could destroy the anti-fog treatment
