Its rubber coating offers maximum impact protection and reduces impact noise.

Be careful when dropping the dumbbell
To avoid damaging your floor, combine this hex dumbbell with the rubber tiles (Part no: 8651539). You can safely drop the weight.
Storing and maintaining your dumbbell
To keep your floor in good condition, store your dumbbell indoors, on rubber tiles (Part no: 8651539). Alternatively, you can store it on a storage rack for bars and weights (Part no.:8788246).
To keep your dumbbell looking as good as new, wipe it down with a clean cloth.

- 15-20 alternating dumbbell snatches (L/R)
- 15-20 burpees
- 15-20 KB swings
- 40-80 double rope jumps (you can opt for single jumps or jumping jacks if it's too complex)

Depending on your level, adjust the number of repetitions, the recovery time between laps and the number of laps. Don't be afraid to use heavier or lighter dumbbells to ensure that you stay safe while still pushing your limits.
