WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE A T-SHIRT MADE OF A SYNTHETIC FABRIC FOR RUNNING?

Perspiration is a natural reaction that occurs when it is hot and when you are making a physical effort.
Do not wear cotton T-shirts because, rather than transferring moisture outwards and drying quickly, cotton absorbs body moisture and rapidly cools down the skin. Choosing the right T-shirt will make you more comfortable during your workout, no matter how long it lasts.

How to keep your running & trail T-shirt in good condition for as long as possible

When you find a good running T-shirt, you want to hold onto it as long as you can.For this, it's essential to wash it correctly.
- Wash it with other T-shirts and not with clothes that have metallic parts (zips, buttons, etc.)
- Put it through a mild cycle (30°) with just the right amount of washing powder
- Avoid drying it in a dryer or exposed to the sun: UV rays cause discolouring and damage the fabric

All our products are tested for their wearing comfort and in use by female runners, who are independent of Decathlon, under the same conditions as you will experience when running. The aim is to test, improve and validate the product as objectively as possible so that you can run without a problem.

They are then tested by a panel of users under the real-life conditions for which they are designed.
