THE KIPRUN KD 800 REPLACES THE KIPRUN ULTRALIGHT:WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

As a result of certain customer reviews, we changed the foam to provide a softer running experience thanks to its softer cushioning.We also changed the outsole for greater durability.

The height difference between the back and front of the sole is 6 mm.

REBOUND WITH EACH STRIDE

To help you develop and improve your time from the 10 km distance to the marathon distance, the KIPRUN KD800 provides propulsion (acceleration) with every stride thanks to the UP'BAR technology, which is a piece of TPE (Pebax®) located under the sole.

The research and development studies have shown that a lighter product improves running performance by reducing energy consumption.
To design the KIPRUN KD 800, without compromising on comfort and durability, lighter components were used as well as an optimised sole design.As a result, The KIPRUN KD 800 shoe is the lightest model in the range, weighing 212 g in size 8.

EXCELLENT ROAD-HOLDING ABILITY ON WET ROADS AND BENDS

Our sole is designed like a car tyre for running performance without losing control in wet conditions.
The new sole geometry combined with a new rubber component gives the KIPRUN KD 800 excellent grip on wet ground, even when running at top speed.

Outer sole of 52% Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, 23% Synthetic Rubber, 13% Polyurethane, 12% Thermoplastic Polyethylene Upper of 49% Polyester, 29% Polyurethane, 22% Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Lining and sock of 100% Polyester

TESTS

All our shoes are field tested for wear and comfort by male runners not associated with Decathlon. The aim is to test, improve and validate the product as objectively as possible so that you can run without a problem.

Approved By

The Kiprun team is made up of runners of every level of ability. Every day, we test our products to try them out and improve them. They are then tested by a panel of users under the real-life conditions for which they are designed. Before you put them on, they have already covered several thousands of kilometres and completed hundreds of races ranging from 10 km to marathon.
