Fitting

_ fasten the leash to the binding of your front foot,
_ the rear area of the binding, which is under the highback (heel cup), is the best place,
_ put the leash around the heel cup and put the plastic part of the buckle in the small buckle at the other end
_ then when snowboarding, clip the plastic buckle around your leg and tighten it so that it does not move too much.
