Our team of desert enthusiasts designed these cuffs for those who want to protect their arms from UV rays. The fabric absorbs and wicks away perspiration.

These lightweight cuffs provide sun protection and when worn with an anti-UV t-shirt will form a complete screen against UV rays! Once in the shade, you can take them off easily to feel cooler.

Technical information

UV protection and restriction!

The fabric of these cuffs has been tested by an independent laboratory and has a UPF rating over 50, a mark of excellent sun protection. However, they should be worn with a t-shirt that is also anti-UV. If not, you won't be adequately protected.
The anti-UV protection is mechanical, unlike other fabric products where a treatment has to be applied.
Therefore, it's permanent, wash after wash.

How is this product eco-designed?

The main fabric of these cuffs is made from 84% recycled polyester.
Moreover, the patronage of these cuffs has been developed to avoid maximum waste (scrap fabric) during manufacture.
Finally, this fabric has not been chemically treated: the anti-UV protection is mechanical with no additional surface treatment.

Product Composition

User Restrictions

The cuffs alone do not protect you from UV rays.

TESTS

Optimal protection against UV rays (UVA and UVB) certified to us by an independent laboratory. The score gives a UPF rating over 50.
We also measure moisture absorption which guarantees that the product doesn't cook and that perspiration is properly absorbed and wicked away by the component.

Approved By

our design teams. Developed during the COVID pandemic in spring 2020, we haven't been able to test this product in real-life conditions, in the desert with independent testers, as we do for the rest of our products. We have therefore taken an agile approach to test this product in France at the height of the summer season, while maintaining complete impartiality.
