The product label indicates UPF50+ as required by GB/T 18830-2009 for labeling. Product fabric has been professionally tested by the laboratory according to corresponding standards and the result is UPF100+, with relevant test report

Comfortably windproof
Wind considerably increases the effect of the cold! So, for an outside temperature of 0°C and 20 km/h winds, it will feel like the temperature is -10°C. Water-repellent component (different to being waterproof)
A fabric is water-repellent when it allows water to slide over its surface without seeping in. This prevents the fabric from swelling, and keeps it lightweight, breathable and warm. A fabric becomes water-repellent by applying a treatment to its outer surface. This treatment must be renewed throughout the garment's lifetime (recommended after every three washes).
