Why wear this back brace?
This back support plays a preventative role. It compresses the lower back to help you maintain good posture. This back brace is made from thin, airy fabric to make it discreet and easy to slip under your clothes, and to keep your back dry.
Why is good posture important?
Better awareness of the position of your hips and spine improves your posture and will reduce the risk of back pain. With this back brace, patients will be more aware of their own bodies and can play sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo) under the best conditions.
Choosing your lumbar brace size
Measure your waist size, to 5 cm above the hips. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:
Size 1: 65 - 85 cm
Size 2: 85 - 115 cm
Size 3: 115 - 140cm
Size 1: 65 - 85 cm
Size 2: 85 - 115 cm
Size 3: 115 - 140cm
