Just as effective but lighter than dumbbells, resistance bands are a more lightweight and practical alternative for toning. Softer, they are recommended whatever your level. Adjust the band you picked depending on your level (beginner/intermediate/advanced) and the part of your body you want to tone (upper or lower body)

Our mini toning bands made of elastomer, produced from natural latex. They are tested in the lab and stretched up to six times their original length before breaking. To prevent warping, we recommend not stretching the bands more than four times their original length (i.e., no more than 100 cm). Our mini toning bands successfully withstood up to 10,000 cycles of stretching to guarantee their lasting durability.
Our mini toning bands are made of several thin layers of elastomer and are not immune to splitting at the sides. They may be damaged when putting them around the soles of your shoes. If a band gets split, you should stop using it as it may break when stretched. Wash your mini toning bands using tap water and wipe dry. We recommend not drying them near a heat source or in the sun as doing so may damage them.
