How does a percussion massage work?
In short, it's a massage that hammers or taps, without having to make any effort. Its the device that generates the percussions, not you! And the repeated vibrations on the muscles, softens them. The result is a self-massage that goes into greater depth in order to produce superior muscle relaxation after a sport session.

Before first use, charge the battery completely. Then press and hold the button to switch on the device.
Depending on the area to be massaged and the desired effect, choose the massage head and vibration speed. The speed changes by simply pressing the button. You can adjust the pressure according to the depth required.
A word of advice: use the device over your clothing by pressing on it and moving it over the body.
