Why work on balance?
The ability to control your balance and agility is just as important as being strong. It can be essential for intense physical activities such as skiing. In general, good balance helps you perform more efficiently by reducing the risk of injury and optimising your exercises. Controlling your balance can also prevent falls and sprains and help with stability.

Our recommendation
We suggest doing your balance session by placing the balance board on a non-slip surface, such as a rug, to avoid any risk of injury and fall.
