What is the Flex-H concept?
The Flex-H technology has three flex grooves in an H-pattern located at the forefoot. This gives the foot the flexibility it needs for the propulsion phase.

Advice for a good shoe size.
Once your child's foot is in the shoe, hold it by placing your hand on top, make sure their toes are relaxed, and run your finger through the back of the heel. If your finger is tight but it goes, it's okay!
