Why wear this ankle support?
The Soft 100 ankle support can be used as a preventative measure by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo).
What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.
Why protect your ankles?
The ankle is an important joint that is used heavily for sports activities. It bears your entire body weight and undergoes huge stresses, particularly when running, jumping, landing and changing direction.
