IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE THANKS TO THE REPEAT TIMER
The repeat countdown function is used for:
- setting time objectives and stopping when the time has elapsed
- carrying out simple interval training where the countdown times involved are all the same, e.g. 30 seconds of acceleration followed by 30 seconds of rest followed by 30 seconds of acceleration, etc.
The REPEAT function can be deactivated.

Measure your times using the lap timer
