Full disclosure, I use it as casual wear - great after a hot bath. The jacket is made from a high density cotton while the trousers are lighter weight and can be used as pyjamas.

I use very heavy coton gi’s for Jiu
Jitsu and thought this lighter weight gi might not be durable; however, the go is standing up very well to regular grappling in the dojo. I highly recommend this very reasonably priced uniform.
