I originally bought the BTwin 500 smartphone holder for a previous Samsung S7 phone and it fit perfectly, However, now that I have upgraded to the Galaxy Note 9, the insert is a tad too small, snug at best, and difficult to get out. Despite all that, I have lived with it and the actual holder is very secure. You attach it to the bike stem with the thick velcro fastening, then a further secure fastener fastened opposite way, over the large velcro to hold it all in place. The see-through case allows you to use the phone too and keeps any small drops of rain away.
I still highly recommend this product, even bought another one for my son.

This product is so pathetic, I could not use it more than twice. Bough it to use navigation etc while cycling. Noted that once this is on, you can barely use your phone's touch screen. You have to tap at least 10 times everytime.

I have Samsung S10+ mobile and a spigen slim phone case, i cant use it with the phone case, the size is bit small and the way it sits on the bicycle also makes it little risky to put my phone in it, would not recommend for big(these days almost all phones) phone screen

Good

A good and user friendly product . Seems to have good quality stitches and the velcro with double straps , means extra tight hold .
Doest shake or vibrate or tend to fall even trough rough and moderate amount of off roading.
The only downside of the product is the transparent cover in the front tends to become foggy and losses clarity over a period of time , attracts lot of smudges .
The touch sensitivity is good .. not so great but works satisfactorily.
