Thanks for taking time to give us a review on our Dynamo 50 lumens.

I am really sorry about your bad experience and would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

All our products go through several quality checks before reaching our Decathlon store but unfortunately it seems like the procedure was not enough for this one.

Thanks a lot for raising the issue, we will make to be more careful about it in the future.

I read you tried to change your lamp to a new one, please feel free to return it anytime to any of our Decathlon stores, our team will be happy to assist you and propose you an exchange or refund.
