I ordered the above product on 27/07 used HSBC CC for online payment that went through straight away. Next day the status of the order was still as pending payment. Decathlon was contacted through whatsapp number provided and the advisor stated that I most likely used a wrong authorisation code sent to me by HSBC (a complete nonsense as the transaction went through). On 29/07 HSBC acknowledged that my card was billed by Decathlon and he money reached the vendor. I contacted the Whatsapp number again and when confronted, the advisor still claimed that I must have done something wrong...and immediately, without any explanation just canceled my order. After the conversaiton, the advisor stated that I should receive my refund within 7 working days (So you have my money or not?!). After 7 days, HSBC confirmed that there are no refunds nor being procesed. I contacted Decathlon again, where the advisor stated...the money will be released today. Well it is now 4 days later and still no money refunded.
How is this called a customer service?
It is absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had, the care about the client is less than zero and trying to push the blame on me for entering the wrong code is just childish.
I do not recommend, waste of money and time.
