These knee supports are great for when doing leg work at the gym. They provide great support if you have problems with knees.

Remember that elbows are just small knees

These are a simmilar cut to the Rehband 7mm knee sleeves that I own, but I specifically got these in a small size to wear as elbow sleeves. Good for keeping warmth in the joints.

I used to get sprains in the knee after working out. I jog, I squat with weights and I do walking lunges with weight. But when I wear this I don’t feel any pain. First when I tried it, it felt little uncomfortable when the legs fold but as time passed it felt great wearing it.The grip is good. Love it.

I bought this knee brace for floor exercises. I also use it in shorter cycling excursions of upto one or two hours. I feel more secure in them from injuries, something I am prone to. The product is well constructed.
