These are easy to use and offer a great amount of protection. The wrist guards have a metal strip at the front for added protection. I’ve had a few falls while using them and they have definitely stopped me from getting injured.

Bought this after smashing my knee whilst mountain biking. Hind sight is a stupid thing use protection first then no after thoughts necessary lol

Great for beginners, protect well

I had no idea which size to buy so I opted for a medium but actually received a large. I think I'm probably in between, as a tall (6ft/182cm) fairly slim woman with thicker legs than arms!

If it's helpful to other shoppers, there's a size guide on the packaging but it's a grid so a lot to try and write out. It's based on weight and height and the general gist is:
Small: 50–60kg, 150–170cm
Medium: 60–80kg, 150–180cm
Large: 80–90kg, 150–190cm

With the stretchy fabric and velcro fasteners they're fairly adjustable anyway, so don't worry too much if you're in between.
