2 Year's Warranty Is Just A Lie..

About KALENJI 500 EARPHONES WIRELESS BLUETOOTH - BLACK Used since More than 1 year

I buy this almost 1.5 years ago and only one piece available at Rohini store. Even product packaging was almost damage and opened still I buy because I know there is two years warranty on this product.. Its doesn't matter if its was used. I have sufficient warranty time if find any problem n defect.
But after 1.5 when outer wire is start cracking peeling and I complained about this with store then they said no warranty on wire only for earbuds parts.
Even I wrote mail regarding this to decathlon and after two day passed still no response..
As I am regularly customer and I was happy with each and every product but very surprised and shocked they lie about warranty..

Bought this for 1 year. Cannot charge anymore. Looks like there it is rusty in the charger connection.
