First off, replace the insoles, first run, 30 minutes in severe pain from an instantly formed blister on both feet bigger than a 50p the walk home was awful. There's a grippy heel section inside which i've not seen in a shoe before, so be careful choosing an insole, because my Superfeet Green Running insoles are too bulky. The Decathlons Insole Run 700 work very well. Overall (now) they are good to run in, they just feel a bit wierd walking in them for some reason

Thought I would give these shoes a try as I wear stability running shoes and have done for the past 10 years. This is my usual budget range for running shoes and reading some of the reviews was encouraged to buy. Have to say I am very disappointed. After my third run my knee started to hurt but I thought it might be a different injury so had a week off for recovery. Started again and on the second run the pain came back. Decided to try my other pair of Adidas Boost shoes and had no further knee issues. They might be good for other runners - I am an over pronator but definitely no good for me. They will be used for odd jobs now!!

As the name suggests, the pair of KS Light is really light which helps in efficiency while running. Took around 2 weeks to get accustomed with this shoe. Though the shoe being light, and I having a high mileage, never felt the impact of pounding of the foot to the ground. This suggests that cushioning is ideal. Has good durability as well. I have ran 2500 kms with this shoe. I experienced that this shoe is meant to be used on roads/treadmill. Avoid using on trails. Chances of wear and tear if used regularly on trails. Very comfortable for speed runs, long runs, HM, FM on roads. Overall excellent buy for using on roads.

Heel rubber badly screeched within three day.
What type of quality product.

I happened to buy these pair of running shoes.... Had very limited option to try it out. However, after trying out on a run for a couple of days I realize that these do not seem to be right. It is causing me more pain in the Ankle and calf. I am trying to see if there is any way to get them exchanged for something that would be more suitable..... else for the price you pay for these, it is not worth it.

Good shoe for running and jogging..

Used in 3 Half Marathon Runs and Practice runs 3-4 times in a week.
