I thought I could find a long sleeve UV protect with hood but did not

About Men's Long-Sleeved T-Shirt 100 - White

The shirt I received was completely stretched out, crumpled and, torn at the sleeve it is in so bad of a condition that it cannot be new and unused. I have contacted the customer service but unfortunately

the rep told me that the only way I could get a refund or exchange is that I go down to the physical shop to do it, which I thought is ridiculous because if I would want to go down to the shop, I wouldn't have ordered it online to begin with.
