Thank you for taking the time to review our products. I am sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory experience with this MEN’S LONG BOXER SWIM SHORTS 500.

We suspect that it was caused by defect from our factory side.

My team has been briefed of the issue and we will do our best to facilitate the exchange or refund of your item, should you please. 

May we please request for your assistance in producing the following items when you come to (insert store name) (insert address):

• The defective item 
• The proof of purchase (physical or digital receipt)
• The credit/ debit card which you paid with (not necessary for NETS/ CASH payment)
• A print out/ screenshot of this email 

To serve you better, should you choose to exchange or refund the defective item at any of our 5 other experience stores (excluding Click and Collect stores), please inform me through email so I am able to relay the instructions to my colleagues timely, to avoid any confusion and misinformation with regards to the situation.

Hi Samuel,

Thank you for taking the time to review our products. We hope you feel comfortable wearing this swim shorts during your swimming lessons.

We understand that it can be uncomfortable to wear tight-fitting swimming apparels in public. However, on a positive note, it is recommended for the swimming apparels to have a snug fit and body hugging, as swim fabrics stretch slightly when wet. Especially if you are going into contact with water for a long time (i.e. during swimming lessons), a snug fit is good.

That is what Decathlon aims to do: offering technical products with an affordable price point. This model is a new model for 2020, with the redesigned "NABAIJI" logo too. We will definitely feedback to the brand team that this model is welcomed by many users, like yourself. We have a slightly longer jammer that you may consider too: Men swimming jammer. They serve the same purpose as this current model, just that the length is longer.
