Comfortable with body
I purchased 2 weeks back, but i can say it is awsm product.
Good quality and best in price.
Bought recently and have used for hiking twice . It's has got ample space to carry your stuff for 7-10days. High quality Sturdy made fabric and stitching is of top notch quality . Whats best is that it has got a twin side zipper in front of main cabinet . So it's easy to pull out things which are even in middle of the bag. One of the best bag in this category !!
I used this bag with 12 kg of load for two days trek, but it doesn't feel comfortable on shoulders, natural curve on back is missing completely, balance of weight is not proper, it hurts your shoulders back. hence this bag is not at all good for trekking.

The issue you faced is normally when the load distribution in the backpack is not right or the shoulder straps and hip straps are not tightened properly which gives you a dynamic weight and eventually a pain in the shoulder or your back.
It might also be because of any defect in the particular product you are using. I suggest you to kindly visit your nearest Decathlon store and our Mountain sports team will be more than happy to check your product and provide you with the best possible solution so that you have better trekking experiences in future.

Very good quality, overcame my spectations
The TREK 100 EASYFIT 50 L BACKPACK is easy to use and fits to any body shape quickly and simply, the materials used are much higher quality than other comparable bags and it has a modern streamlined exterior to minimize snags catching on things during my trek. I prefer a single color in a backpack and i was glad to see that THE STRAPS ARE NOT ORANGE AS SHOWN in the pictures, only a loop at the end of a black strap is orange. Very happy with this purchase, seems larger than other 50 liter bags ive worn.. Decathlon youre awesome and im telling everyone who will listen
