quick dry, but not so breathable as mesh, good in indoor gym room, but feel so hot in summer mid day, hope will have new fabric

What will be more comfortable to wear something highly breathable while exercising/moving around in very warm weather condition.

I felt like wearing no underwear despite of its tight fitting while visiting Jerash of Jordan under sun of 35~40C for 3+ hours.
