The top zipper is a game changer and allows for the cover to be taken off easily for laundry. The bolster itself is VERY firm and heavy, which means solid support.

I recommend this all the time and some yoga students have told me they bought it on my recommendation. Same with yoga belt.
I thought the smell came from the box it was packed in but when I opened the zipper of this bolster, I can smell the cotton inside and it was not a good smell. I can't even bear to use it. When I returned it at the store, the guy said it was because it's organic. Organic or not, I don't think it should smell like this!

I'm so sorry on your experience. Indeed you should be able to bring this down to the stores to get an exchange or refund. This particular bolster was kept in the warehouse for a while, so might cause some smell and it's a defect definitely.
Unfortunately the only way to do the refund is to head down to the store again to explain the situation. Once again, we apologise for the case.
During this situation today (where it's a little hard to head out), you might want to try airing the bolster under the sun.

1. The item is very smelly. Looks like stock in the store room for Long time and and humid get in.
2. They decrease price 5 SGD after I bought it. Are you kidding me?

Why does the bolster emit a weird smell from its stuffing after only a few months of use. I don't use it very frequently and its always kept in a ultra clean condition.
