Delivery was amazing - same day service! The stepper itself is of very solid & sturdy construction even though it is a fairly small device. The display unit works fine. The stepper operates in a side-to-side twisted motion. This is not mentioned in the online description. Personally, I would have preferred a "normal" stepper, but I got used it after a few mins. The tension is fixed but for the price you cannot complain. You need to use the included stretch bands for upper body exercise because it helps to maintain your balance. Overall, it is value for money.

Well made, sturdy construction. Tension is a bit tight for me and there does not appear to be any way to adjust that so I would recommend this as being better for someone who is average to tall rather than short.

The resistance is high to start with but warms up after a little stepping.
Great for steps when it's raining or when you are on meetings.

the stepper is very nice but it came to me slightly damaged (broken plastic part)

Order turned up with a few days with is great being to do a exercise in-doors, builds up a good sweat plus the elastic bands are nice feature. However starting getting "clicking" noises after first use in both peddles and the machine can get very hot after use. Tried contacting the after-sales service number to resolve issue but it goes straight to voicemail and support site doesn't have the product listed
