This belt is designed for beginners who are not into heavy lifting therefore, kindly help us understand the issue that you are facing so we can assist you with a solution for the same. If you are a regular practitioner, I shall suggest a better Weightlifting support belt with cushioning for your practice.

It's a worthy product
It's a nice gym belt
Size was not as per the recommendation given in the chart. I had purchased belt considering the belt size but after receipt it was one size higher so it was not getting full tight. I returned tgis product to Decathlon , and was assuming that it will be replaced with one size lower but unfortunately it was not replaced. Decathlon team has to clearly mention on the website that if the product is not useful then it will be taken back but will not be replaced if there is size concern and buyer has to pay additional transportation charges every time. While others e Shops like Amazon , flipkart are providing free service, it is the matter of only agreement with the courier service provider.
I will request ball user to look into this matter before buying the product. Rest as per quality concern all the products are excellent.

Very much comfortable and supportive for lower back. Even if you have back problem you can wear more than 12hrs . Quality and rate wise best ..!!
