I like it a lot. Very good quality and exactly what I was looking for.
It's insufficient in length to do all kinds of mobility exercise.
The quality of the stick is good but the length is insufficient for tall people. If the length of the stick is increased to 5.5 feet in can be used for silambam(martial art) & 6 feet(180cm) for (taekwondo & karate) as Bo staff. Also the sticker on the stick is very sticky to remove and required a lot of effort. In case the same is to be used for Gym it slips when help between the shoulder. Kindly take this as a suggestion to increase the usefulness of this
I am a Pilates trainer and this is an essential tool to keep checking the alignment of the client while training
Only suggestion..pls don't apply the stickers on the wooden surface as it is very hard to remove

Was really glad when found that Decathlon had introduced the wooden stick! The length was good for beginners. Next I’m looking out for more options of different length and please please WEIGHTED bar!!! Hope weighted bar will be on shelves for sales real soon!
