The shop in central did order the product for me. Therefore there are many questions I am not able to rate. I paid the shop.
After successfully placing the order and made the payment, I received a email with a link to a SF delivery tracker. I was happy that initially it indicates that the delivery will be completed within a few days, but then on the scheduled delivery date and time there is a comment "unable to deliver" and another delivery date and time half a day later is posted. The progress repeated many times until a week later than the initial delivery date and time I tried to get help from all the hotlines available. Eventually I got some response from WhatsApp, but the initially reply was to give me a number I already have and told me to call it again for help. I had to insist that I need help to fully resolve the matter on Decathlon's side to get help, and luckily the shipment came later that day.

I had tried the size of similar products (told by your staff), however, it was not similar but much smaller cutting than the pants I was going to buy. Because the pants is a mandatory gear of a trailrunning race, I have to buy from another sports house
