Online purchase to to pick up or delivery wasn’t clear enough, u are immediately forced to choose which ever option to pick up or delivery when u click. Even for store pick up within hk itself took more time than a Wk which is unacceptable, thinking delivery to address would be longer but who knows pick up is even longer than usual.staff in store says there is no transfer from store to store then if there no such thing then why is there store pick up.

We regret to learn that this has happened, and we realised the inconvenience this has caused you.
Regarding the delivery option, we will share your feedback with our IT department and revise the delivery options during home delivery and pick-up in-store.
As for the staff attitude, we will forward your comment to the store management and dedicated training will be provided to our staffs.
Lastly, regarding the transition of stock, we will also report to the store management in order to provide our sports users with a better shopping experience and the best convenience.
