Thank you for taking the time out to review our product, We apologies for the inconvenience you faced while using our product, I request you to kindly visit our Decathlon store and return the back the Tubes, we can either replace it with a new or you can ask for a refund. If you are opting for a replacement please ask the sports leader to check the Tubes before you pick them.
