Thank you for taking the time out to review our product "700x35/45 48 mm Presta Inner Tube" sorry for the inconvenience it caused you can you please share with us in detail what happened the product if its the case of a puncture, it can happen due to different reason, the terrain we ride on or the sharp agent on the tyre present already or due to wheel liners, please share with us some details it will help us to analyse the defect.
