Appreciate how compact when folded. Many exercise options, not limited to abs or cores. Looks very durable and robust.

The is a nice sturdy bench and came with easy to follow assembly instructions that took about 25 mins to assemble. Lightweight and good value. No complaints after using / testing for 2 days.

The product is overall well designed and solid, assembly instructions are clear.
However the hinge for folding parts causes friction and scratches away the paint, which exposes the metal and most likely increases the chance of rust especially in HK humidity. I was expecting a better thought out design for the folding support legs.

Good value for money.

I've ordered this bench on March 24th … never received it. I've also tried to contact someone from the service but never got an answer to my emails and the phone is dead. The money was transferred immediately after the purchase - So what happened to my purchase? It looks like other people have received the bench in the meantime ??

Great bench for home gym. Adjustable heights suitable for different exercises. If you weigh more than 110kg or lift weight greater than 110kg go for the 900 bench. However suitable for me. Delivery was quick had it within a week of ordering.

I'm a bit baffled by some of the negative reviews for this!
To put it into the decline position you just remove the pin from the back legs and fold them down.
To adjust the inline positions, you turn the lever 180 degrees and pull it back so that the mechanism can slide to the required hole.
Both of these take literally 5 seconds.

When building the bench, the packet which contains all of the screws/fixings is divided-up/numbered by page, so the screws required for page 1 of the instructions are in the section of the packet marked '1'.

I honestly can't fault it at all.
