I just wanted to share a great service experience I had at Decathlon Tseung Kwan O branch yesterday.
I bought my Tilt 900 folding bike from Decathlon a couple months ago and after riding it a few times, I heard a constant clicking noise coming from the bike. I had no idea what was causing the annoying sound. I took my bike to Decathlon Tseung Kwan O branch to get a member of the cycling team to take a look and they did an excellent job! As well as fixing the problem (loose screws on the spokes), they tightened up all the other parts on the bike and oiled the hinges so that the entire bike felt really smooth when riding afterwards. Special thanks to Kobie and Ivan for doing a superb job!
I highly recommend buying your bike from Decathlon, especially for the great after sales service, and if you are into cycling, definitely visit the bike section at Decathlon's Tseung Kwan O store for their fantastic range of very reasonably priced items and helpful sales staff!
