+ Cosy enough for 5 degrees plus
+ 3 useful pockets, one zipped to secure your phone etc.
+ ankle side zips.
- reflective strips are only on the front. Need them on the back too!
- reflective strips peeling off after only 3 washes.
I love these leggings. Super Comfortable and flattering. I've worn them for over a year and have just bought my second pair just incase my other ones give up soon - although they're holding strong considering how much I wear them. The pockets are great and reflectiveness is really useful in winter.
There are two reasons I am not ecstatic over these: they are marked as "warm", however, they aren't nearly as warm as the Kanlenji "run warm" tights (but are in fact more expensive). Additionally, the sizing is incredibly inconsistent from the Kanlenji tights (different "name" but surely these are all Decathlon own brand?).
Admittedly I do find Decathlon stuff fits large; I am an XS in several pairs of trousers when I don't think that is quite right. However, the XS of these tights was so small I literally couldn't get it past halfway up my thighs. This is a bit of an issue when stores aren't open and shipping isn't free.
As far as the tights go: they are well made, good material, with some great features (especially the side pockets). If that is all your after and you are mindful of the sizing, I say go for it. But for cold weather I would purchase something else. I ran yesterday in 8 or 9 degrees (it was somewhat foggy) and found these could certainly have been warmer and were not on par with the Run Warm by Kalenji.
From somebody who often gets very cold after exercise on my legs and arms, these warmed me up slightly!
These keep out the wind, are a good length and although i wasn't sure about the phone pocket it keeps my phone safe and secure. Great value.
