Thank you so much for writing in with your feedback. I understand you have some trouble with the sizing of the knee brace. I am sharing a link which would help you determine if the size you have is the right size. Please ensure you measure your thigh 8cm above your knee for sizing.
As with any elastic material, the knee brace will loosen slightly upon repeated use - please factor that in as well when making your selection. We will be happy to exchange the product to give you the right size (as long as the product is is saleable condition). If you feel that there is a manufacturing defect, please visit the nearest store for our teammates to check the product.
